This Blossom Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit. The shochu is redistilled with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom and native botanicals, always exercising restraint in the pursuit of clarity and perfection. The fruits of this endeavour are born out in the delicate blossom aromas that emulate those found in the mountains and coastline surrounding our home in Kagoshima.

Our Yuzu Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit. The shochu is redistilled with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and botanicals, respecting the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. The yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.

Originally crafted by Kentucky Bourbon Hall-of-Famer Eddie Russell as 'Wild Turkey 81', Wild Turkey Bourbon is aged in American White Oak barrels with the deepest, No. 4 'alligator' char. With notes of sweet vanilla, pear, and hints of spice, this bourbon finishes with a flavour that is full and rich, whether enjoyed straight or with a mixer.

Crafted at the historic Woodford Reserve Distillery, where the art of fine bourbon making began in 1812. Known for its exceptional balance, this bourbon reveals more than 200 detectable flavour notes, ranging from bold grain and oak to layers of sweet aromatics, spice, and fruit. The nose is rich with dried fruit, mint and orange dusted with cocoa, followed by hints of vanilla and tobacco. On the palate, it is rich, chewy and smooth, unfolding with citrus, cinnamon, cocoa, toffee and caramel, before finishing silky and warm with a long, satisfying tail.

Woodford Reserve Rye pays homage to history with a pre-Prohibition style mash bill of 53% rye. Spice and tobacco lead the way, supported by layers of fruit, floral and sweet aromatics that create depth and approachability. The nose is distinctly spicy with notes of rye, black pepper, cedar and cassia bark, softened by marzipan and hints of pear, apple and almond. On the palate, clove, rye, mint, molasses, sorghum and honey mingle seamlessly with subtle fruit and malt, finishing long and sweetly spiced. Versatile and complex, this rye shines neat, on ice, or as the foundation of a perfectly balanced cocktail.

An innovative twice-barreled bourbon, uniquely matured in two charred oak barrels to create its rich, layered character. After initial maturation, the bourbon is transferred to a second barrel that has been deeply toasted and lightly charred, drawing out additional soft, sweet oak notes. The nose reveals rich aromas of dark fruit, caramel, sharp honey, chocolate, marzipan and toasted oak, while the palate is full-bodied with flavours of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spice. A long, creamy finish with lingering hints of honeyed apple completes this indulgent expression.
