Our winemakers first craft beautifully rich red wines matured in traditional wine barrels. Then using our unique double barrel technique, the wine is finished in aged whisky barrels to build additional layers of complexity and an incredibly smooth finish. Double barrel cabernet sauvignon has aromas of vanilla, nuts and varietal cassis with ground spice and leafy notes.

Pepperjack is a tribute to the Barossa's rich heritage. Traditional wine making techniques combined with an eye to modern styles led to this range of wine. This is a wine of great intensity. It has distinctive blackcurrant and cassis fruit flavours. Subtle oak characters of cedar cigar box and spice are also evident. The tannins are fine and elegant - a hallmark of the varietal. The palate is well balanced, complex and fulfilling and lingers on the finish.
