Taylor's Fine Ruby a blend of full bodied Port wines aged for around two years in large oak vats in Taylor's cellars, or 'lodges', in Vila Nova de Gaia.

Taylor's is now into it's fourth century, one of the very oldest of the Port companies. It is the last totally independent company of the original British Port houses - and is still family owned and managed. Taylor's is recognised for its consistent quality of Vintage Ports and for pioneering the successful 'Late Bottle Vintage' (LBV) style - a high quality ready-to-drink alternative to vintage port.

A delicate soft salmon pink in the glass, this complex yet elegant Méthode Traditionnelle Rosé displays fresh strawberry, hints of ripe stonefruit and underlying notes of brioche and toasted hazelnut. This Marsala is amber in colour with dark gold reflections. Aromas characteristic of great finesse, has hints of raisin and vanilla. Located in the heart of the unforgiving mountainous region of Central Otago sits the expansive single vineyard of McArthur Ridge. Some say these gently rolling northern slopes are amongst the best vineyards in the world for growing Pinot Noir. McArthur Gully Pinot displays great elegance, balance, and purity, with wonderful complexity of flavours of dried herb, earthy mushroom, dark cherries and hints of exotic spice. They expect this wine to reward careful cellaring for another 7-15 years.

The McDonald Series wines are an expression of both their fruit and the vision of their namesake winemaker. The finest free run juice was barrel fermented in predominantly older French oak to produce this finely textured, elegant Chardonnay. Vibrant citrus and stonefruit flavours are overlaid with subtle creamy oak and complexities of toasted hazelnut and brioche.

The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. The addition of fruit from their Bendigo vineyard has lends a powerful, darker edge. Roaring Meg Pinot Noir features red, blue and black berry fruit aromatics. The palate is harmonious with rich dark berries and a savoury line underneath. A hint of spice and dried thyme complement the succulent fruit. Fine silky tannins frame the wine with a great flow and finish.

Deutz Marlborough Cuvee marries the best New Zealand grapes with traditional French Champagne-making techniques establishing a benchmark for New Zealand wine excellence. This is a fabulous wine, with a beautiful body balanced between the gentle sweetness of fresh Pinot Noir fruit and the immense strength of toasty yeast. Velluto Rosso Cask Wine Red. A sweet, soft red wine, made from a blend of red grape varieties. Best served at room temperature, either on its own or with food.

A sparkling wine with a clean, pleasantly fruity bouquet, reminiscent of rennet apples and peach blossom. Its flavour is rounded and well-balanced. Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal with fish or cheese appetizers, or even with a meal of delicately flavoured dishes.

Land that was once a high country sheep station is now a flourishing vineyard. Sheep and rabbits co-existed on the land for quite some time but the sheep couldn't keep up with the nocturnal activity of the rabbits, and in the end were driven off the land. Rabbits now run free on the vineyard and fuelled by high altitude Pinot Noir, some are reputed to be the size of ponies, but that's another story... The Rabbit Ranch Pinot Noir is made in a very soft, fruit forward, low tannin style - a wine to be savoured and supped, rather than an assault on the senses.
